If you are wondering how to make an extra $100 every day, I am willing to bet that your first thought was selling gear on eBay. The other ways to earn that spring to mind are cleaning peoples houses, becoming an Avon seller, or perhaps starting a blog.
But, there must be other ways that are not so obvious.
In this post, I have had a lot of fun finding all the possible ways that you can earn up to $100 per day or even £100 per day. You will be amazed at what I found!
Some of these are a bit of fun and might get you on the way to $100 a day, but at least a few have the potential to make you more than that if you put in more time.
How to make an extra $100 by becoming a virtual assistant
A virtual assistant or VA is someone who can provide any kind of clerical service to a business.
VA’s are popular amongst entrepreneurs who need to offload parts of the administrative side of their business. They don’t have to employ someone formally along with all the complications it entails.
You need to decide on what you will offer. For example, if you are skilled in running a particular type of social media account, you could market yourself for that.
You could throw the net a bit wider too and offer a range of services. Perhaps your best skill is the ability to organise?
To get you started you consider using a freelance site. Usually, the pay isn’t as good, but it will get you the initial experience and contacts.
If you do a lot of walking or you intend to get more active, this app could be for you! What could be more ideal than combining fitness with earning cash? It’s a great incentive to get walking.
I already walk about 10,000 steps a day with my dog, so having this app installed on my phone was pretty much a no-brainer.
Sweatcoin is an app you install on your phone. After setting up the app, it will start tracking your steps.
How Sweatcoin works
For every 1,000 steps, can earn 1 Sweatcoin. You can then trade your Sweatcoins for cash or items from the marketplace. Only steps taken outside will count.
How much can you earn with Sweatcoin?
When you have the app installed you will see a marketplace tab of all the offers. For example, today I could use 3.99 Sweatcoins to buy 40 days of My Spa Pass membership. That would take me about 4,000 steps to earn.
There is a limit on how many Sweatcoins you can earn on the basic plan of 5 per day.
As you get more active you can use your Sweatcoin to upgrade your account, you don’t need any actual money to subscribe, but it can allow you to make more Sweatcoin per day.

How to make an extra $100 by becoming a proofreader
I’m a bit fussy about spelling and grammar, are you too? The great thing about proofreading is that you can do it anywhere in the world.
The amazing thing I found about proofreading is that you can actually make quite a lot of money from it.
For a nonfiction novel that’s anywhere from 15,000 – 35,000 words, a proofreader can earn between $100 – $500 for that project. Yes, that’s a bit of a range, but it gives you some idea as to what to expect for that particular type of project.Proofread Anywhere

And the great thing is that you don’t need technical skills to be able to set up a course, there are several online platforms for course creation you can use:

How to make an extra $100 by becoming a respondent
I’ve taken surveys in the past from people who grab you on the street. I even got lured into a church hall once to taste things, I can’t remember what. But no one has ever paid me for this.
Respondent IO is a top-end survey company, where you can sign up to participate in surveys and focus groups.
When you sign up, you will need to provide information about yourself and choose some industries.
Respondent.io then matches you up with research projects. These can be one-one or remote projects. The projects offered to me ranged from payments of $150 – $50 per hour.
When you see a project that you think you would be a match for, you will then answer some further screening questions, to see if you are a match.
You may or may not be picked for a selected project, but this is precisely why respondent.io pays so much more than other survey companies. They want only quality applicants that are a good fit for the survey in question.
Why not try out respondent.io for yourself? It’s free to join and takes minutes to set up.
